Once your order has been confirmed, refunds are only available if an error was made on the part of the company.

Once you select an item(s) and size, we will contact you directly for customization details. (Custom Orders Only)

If you:

*Order the wrong size

*Select the wrong description

*Order the wrong quantity

*Have paid your non-refundable deposit, but wish to cancel....(Custom Orders Only)

That is your responsibility as the customer and the company does not assume the cost. No exceptions.
