All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if an error was made directly by SpenceCockyGear (e.g., incorrect item sent or fulfillment error on our part).
Customer Responsibility
SpenceCockyGear is not responsible for errors made by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Selecting the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong item description
- Ordering incorrect quantities
All selections are considered final at the time of purchase. No exceptions will be made.
