Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be delayed by a few additional business days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping & Delivery
Overnight shipping is available only for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and destination and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged or Lost Items
SpenceCockyGear is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Local Pickup / Delivery Arrangements
If your order requires arranged pickup or delivery and we are unable to reach you, we will attempt contact up to three (3) times over the course of seven (7) days. If no response is received within that timeframe, the order may be canceled.
